This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for as long as you own the Product (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if NeoMetal replaces the Product. NeoMetal may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. This limited warranty is non-transferable, and any sale, transfer, or disposal of the Product by you will void this warranty; this limited warranty only extends to the original consumer-purchaser. If NeoMetal determines that a defective Product properly returned during the Warranty Period is covered under this limited warranty, NeoMetal will, in its sole discretion, either: (a) replace the Product or (b) request that the Independent Retailer refund the purchase price of such Product. NeoMetal will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the replacement Product to the Independent Retailer if it elects to replace the defective Product. WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER? This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation;(b) storage;(c) improper use;(d) exposure to solvents or chemicals;(e) failure to follow product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;(f) modifications;(g) unauthorized repair; (h) normal wear and tear; or(i) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
