The Titanium Piatto I Chain is crafted from implant grade ASTM F-136 6AL-4V ELI titanium, a material widely used in professional body jewelry for its strength, durability, and biocompatibility.
Each ring features a flat, smooth profile with a seamless design that eliminates visible gaps or edges for a clean, comfortable fit. Every piece is handcrafted and finished with a superior hand polish, ensuring exceptional detail and a refined appearance.

LeRoi makes a special effort to meet the widest variety of our customers’ needs and personal tastes. LeRoi carries the largest selection of ball sizes, gauges and threading options in the world. Ball sizes from the ⅛” up to ¾” are available in surgical steel and sizes ⅛” up to 7/16” in titanium (Note: some ball sizes may not fit certain styles of jewelry) They manufacture straight barbells in standard and custom lengths. Gauges are available from 18ga to ½” and even larger specialty gauges. Internally threaded jewelry is hand-polished and available as small as 18ga. LeRoi surgical steel and titanium jewelry meets ASTM and ISO specifications for surgical implants and is dual-certified, according to the new LeRoi Standard methods. Their ISO-accredited independent testing laboratory tests our material to further ensure the accuracy of mill sheets.
