Warranty Information
Auris Fine Jewelry based out of Russia, offers the following warranty on their products. The product is guaranteed to be free of defects for a lifetime. If a gem becomes loose or falls out, threading issues occur or clickers become loose as a result of a defect they will fix or replace the defective item. This does not include regular wear and tear or abuse causing damage. If you believe you have a defect issue, please contact us so we can assess the issue and follow up accordingly.
