Threaded Side-set Gem Barbells are made of 2 distinct pieces. One gem attached to an internally threaded shaft, while the other gem is threaded and perfectly parallel to the other when tightened.
Threaded Side-set Gem Barbells are available with gemmed balls 3/16 - 5/16, bezel-set gem ends 4,5 and 6mm, heart-cut, marquise-cut and princess-cut gem ends.

Anatometal takes great pride in the quality of their products. They use only the best materials to be in contact with a piercing, either fresh or well healed: ASTM F-138 certified implant grade stainless steel ASTM F-136 certified implant grade Titanium, Niobium and 18kt Solid Gold Gold is cast in solid 18k. Tubing or hollow balls are not used. On gold jewelry we use ASTM F-138 threads to minimize thread failure. All white gold is Palladium based and nickel free. All rose gold is Cadmium free. All jewelry is hand polished to a mirror finish in order to offer the smoothest surface possible. All threaded products are internally threaded and have a self-locking feature built into the threads to minimize jewelry loss. For gemmed items, the edges of the bezel setting are crimped over the edges of the gemstone, producing a secure fit – no glues used! Everything Anatometal makes is guaranteed to be free of defects for a lifetime.
